- Platform integrations and embedded AI tools
Services may operate on Smart-Help.ai systems or be integrated into client platforms.
2. AI Service Limitations
Every effort is made to provide the most accurate and complete systems in line with GDPR guidelines for data protection and privacy. However, services which use artificial intelligence and automation systems may, on rare occasions:
- Provide incorrect or incomplete responses
- Misinterpret user requests
- Experience outages or delays
- Fail to perform expected actions
- Produce unexpected results
AI systems are not guaranteed to be error-free and should be monitored by clients.
3. No Liability for Business Loss
All services are provided "as is" and at your own risk.
Smart-Help.ai is not liable for:
- Loss of income or profits
- Missed calls or bookings
- Loss of customers or leads
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Automation or integration failures
- Incorrect AI responses
- Third-party service outages
Clients remain responsible for monitoring their own business communications and operations.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Reviewing and monitoring AI responses
- Ensuring bookings and communications are correct
- Providing accurate business information
- Maintaining appropriate human oversight
Our services assist operations but do not replace business management.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent or misleading practices
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Distribution of unlawful or harmful content
We may suspend or terminate services if misuse occurs.
6. Data Handling
Every effort is made following GDPR guidelines to protect customers data and to offer ways to opt out if needed.
Smart-Help.ai processes data within customer sub-accounts.
- Access is limited to authorised users
- Clients control access permissions
- We do not sell customer data
- Clients remain responsible for compliance with data protection laws
7. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of their business data and content.
- Smart-Help.ai retains ownership of all platform software, systems, and technology.
- Services may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on external providers such as telecom, hosting, and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems.
9. Service Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue services at any time.
10. Payment, Suspension & Refunds
Services may be suspended or terminated if invoices remain unpaid. Services are paid on a monthly or yearly recurring basis.
Refund Policy:
If chosen the yearly package, a partial refund is available depending on the months used. The used months will be charged at standard monthly rates, and the remaining unused balance will be refunded.
11. Termination
Give us 30 Days notice at any time if you wish to terminate services.
Services may be terminated by either party. Upon termination, automations and AI services will stop after the billing cycle is completed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
